Inbox Trakker Agreement Signed

An agreement was signed between Inbox Business Technologies and Trakker (Pvt.) Ltd. for complete end-to-end implementation of Oracle ERP and Trakker CRM which is being undertaken as part of Trakker's customer services initiative in line with the expected growth of installed base of over 100,000 customers. The agreement was signed by Mr. Omar Hatmi, COO, Trakker and Mr. Ghias Khan, CEO, Inbox. This year-long project led by Inbox's Enterprise Applications Team, would enable Trakker and Trakker Direct Insurance Ltd. to streamline its operations for enhanced performance and customer support.
