IBA signs Microsoft School Agreement with Inbox

Institute of Business Administration (IBA), one of the leading and oldest Business Schools of Pakistan signs a 3-year 'Microsoft School Agreement' with Inbox Business Technologies.

As per the agreement offered by Microsoft, IBA will get a special discount for licensing their software. It offers ease of tracking the licenses for software installed at their systems by allowing IBA to count their systems once a year every three years of agreement. The agreement offers licenses for Microsoft Windows XP Professional/Vista Upgrades, Microsoft Office Professional, and Core Client Access Licenses (CALs) for Exchange, Windows, SMS and SharePoint Server. In addition, every license included in this agreement is covered under Microsoft Software Assurance.

Microsoft Software Assurance for Volume Licensing is a comprehensive maintenance offering that will help IBA get the most out of the technology investments. It combines the latest software with training and IT tools that can help them deploy, manage, and migrate software.

IBA will also be able to use the current versions of the software included in the agreement. The agreement will reduce the total cost of ownership, increasing return on IT investment and help in increasing the productivity of the institute.
